This means the form uses data sources associated with a database that never existed or no longer exists with the system. Schools that upgraded from EX to J1 will see this message when they:

• Create a new form based on a Jenzabar-provided template without a J1 database defined. This is because Jenzabar’s latest form templates use data sources that reference the J1 database.   
• Rename their EX database to J1 database and then import an older, saved form that still references the EX DB.

When this message appears, update the data sources to use the J1 database or create the J1 database being referenced.

File uploads behave the same as all other campus portal file uploads.

No. Since multiple choice fields require multiple rows by design, they cannot be flattened into a single row for the view. They ARE however included in the CSV export available in the View Reports page.

You cannot. The form cannot be submitted for payment without a Payment Profile. If no payment profile is defined, the final balance of the form is zero and no money is collected. Balance Calculator is the only way to achieve this.

Any file can be uploaded to a form using the FileUpload question type.

Notepad permissions are configured within J1 Desktop and are different from school to school.

Currently the Mapping Tool only supports Apply Online and Make an Inquiry form types to map to process internet submissions. However, you can create any form you like and process them with custom stored procedures using the Stored Procedure tool in FormFlow.

This tool is available to all schools with the appropriate licensing, which lets you create any type of form you’d like. Processing back to the application would need to be done with a custom stored procedure.

The transaction number shows up in the ONLINE_PAYMENT table. If a payment makes it into the transaction group, the payment was successful.

If you delete any questions that are mapped using the mapping tool, you must delete them for the form to be able to submit.

Double check your datasource to ensure that any literal string replacers do not have any apostrophes around them. A correct literal string replacer should read @@Faculty.
