Commencement is a special event at Culver-Stockton College. We are very proud of our graduates and their accomplishments.

Schedule of Events
The Pinning Ceremony for nursing graduates will be Friday May 9, 2014, at 2 p.m. in Madison Park Christian Church, Quincy Ill.

Commencement Rehearsal is Friday, May 16, 2014, at 9:30 a.m. Please meet at the Joe Charles Field House. All students participating in commencement are expected to attend. If a student is unable to participate in the ceremony, please contact the Registrar's Office. Honor cords will be distributed at rehearsal.

Baccalaureate is Friday, May 16, 2014, at 7:30 p.m. in the Alexander Campbell Auditorium. Graduates are strongly encouraged to attend this inspirational service. Graduates are to wear caps and gowns.

Commencement is Saturday, May 17, 2014, at 9:30 a.m. The ceremony will take place on the lawn of the Quadrangle (adjacent to Henderson Hall). In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held in the Joe Charles Field House. Seating will begin at 7:00 a.m. on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets are not required for commencement. Please remember that there is limited seating at the graduation ceremony. Therefore, use your common sense and good judgment when inviting guests to the ceremony. We want everyone attending to have a seat.

There is a 5K walk/run scheduled on Saturday morning in Quincy. Please let your guests know that both bridges to/from Quincy will be closed for approximately 15 minutes around 8:10 a.m. and again at 9:20 a.m. Guests driving from Quincy should be aware of this.

If a guest needs a sign language interpreter, please contact the Registrar's Office so accommodations may be made.

If special consideration needs to be made for guests who are physically challenged, please inform the Campus Safety Office.

A shuttle service will be provided for parking in distant parking lots, including the Centerstone Inn.

Caps and gowns can be ordered by students by logging in to MyCulver and selecting the Graduation Information link from the Student tab. The graduation fee covers the cap, gown, diploma and other fees associated with graduation. This fee is added to the student's account in the semester the student intends to graduate. Caps and gowns will be available for pick-up at the Registrar's Office after April 7. Class rings may be ordered at Information on ordering class rings is available in the Wildcat Warehouse.

A professional photographer will be at the commencement ceremony to take photos of graduates as they receive their diploma. Photo packages may be ordered after April 1. Parents with MyCulver Parent account logins, enter your login information above and then select Graduation Photo Order page on the left to complete the online order form. Online order must be paid via credit card or e-check. If you prefer to pay with check, cash or money order or do not have a MyCulver parent login, click on the this link to download an order form.
